The post version: baby-led weaning. This concept seems like the most intuitive, logical way to go about introducing solids to your baby, and yet it’s still not the most common (in the west at least).
There’s a reason babies reach for the food adults are eating, why they’re so curious!
Food is also one our first introductions into community, sharing and reciprocity as well as being a great way to introduce your baby to foods, flavours and new textures. It reduces food waste and excess packaging, what’s not to love? 🥒🥑🥄🥣

Releasing a little resource at the end of the week, the first of many! A topic close to my heart and one that is not spoken about enough - early birth aka miscarriage and abortion. Birth is birth, regardless of the outcome or the circumstances surrounding it. I created a booklet with words to affirm your strength and exercises to nourish you through the process - because it is a process!
