*** A Quick Recap from Past Week related to IMMIGRATION & INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS ***

In past week the followings were the highlighted news and most talked about topics:

1. Interstate borders are opening in Australia so a hope that International Travel would be considered soon given the facts after the news in last few days about COVID Vaccine to be available by early next year HOPEFULLY.

2. Concession for certain visa applicants affected by COVID-19 Travel Restrictions:

The concession will apply to certain applicants for the following Family visa subclasses:
Child (subclass 101) visa
Adoption (subclass 102) visa
Dependent Child (subclass 445) visa
Prospective Marriage (subclass 300) visa
Partner (subclass 309) visa

πŸ‘‰ In this concession, good news is for Partner Visa - subclass 309, If you or your partner have applied for Partner Visa - Subclass 309 and the applicant is onshore then they do not need to travel offshore for the grant of the visa. It is intended that changes will be implemented in early 2021. Further information will be available in early 2021.
For more details see the attached photo.

3. The PMSOL has been updated and the occupation of Social Worker (272511) has been added in it on 27-Nov-2020.
However, Priority processing of nomination and visa applications for PMSOL occupations applies to the employer sponsored visa subclasses 482, 494, 186 and 187.

My hours of research for 476 visa holders

Are you a SC 476 visa holder ❓❓

Unable To Decide The Pathway to PR ❓❓

HERE ARE THE FACTS, WHICH CAN HELP YOU TO DECIDE YOUR PATHWAY.

Latest Invitation was on 90+ points according to Stats.

Points for Visa holders:

β€’ Age: 25 (Generally they'e under 25 yrs): 30 pts

β€’ Single: 10 pts

β€’ Study: 15 pts

β€’ PTE/IELTS: 20 pts (79 each) / 8 Band each

β€’ NAATI: 5 pts

β€’ PY: 5* pts (if study, but majority of them miss it)

β€’ Potential Total: 80*

What are the options and trend?

πŸ‘‰ Work – To gain points

Land in Australia and have full time work rights for 18 Months. You can do related work to gain 5 extra points. Even after working and gaining 5 more points will give 85* points and still keep you out of the game as invitations are at more than 90 points.

πŸ‘‰ Study – To gain experience and find related job

You can study related course like if you are Civil Engineer, you can study building and construction. Mechanical and other engineers can study related course to make more prospects for job and gaining local experience in high demand occupations.

πŸ‘‰ Study – Change stream of occupation

Some students are willing to change occupation for SC 189, SC 190 and SC 491. Some consider nursing. The pathway for Enrolled Nurse and Registered Nurse is well defined and it is a good occupation as career. It is challenging for some applicants to completely change occupation.

STILL YOU ARE WAITING.⏰

Regional Areas

All regional areas of majority states are closed except Tasmania and NT with certain options and they have their own limitations.

Note: This is current situation however, future dynamics and prospects are generous in many states for subclass 491 and subclass 190.

The option we are left with for now are:

1) Collect points and wait for it – do not have much potential of getting invitation at 85 points

2) Choose the Right state that offers more prospects and invitation based on past and demography

3) Choose the right occupation aligned to current profile

WHICH ONE IS BEST FOR YOU ❓❓

Still Unsure, LET’S TALK !!!

⏰ Are you on TR 476 or 485 - Are you Worried ⏰

If you are a new arrival on TR Visa SC476 or if your TR SC485 is going to start soon, think wisely to how you utilise your time.

Do yourself a Huge Favour if not done yet then:

- Do IELTS/PTE and you MUST try to get 8 Each to add 20pts towards your PR.

- DO PY (Professional Year) to add 5 pts towards your PR.

- Do NAATI to add 5pts towards you PR

- Do your one year WORK EXPERIENCE in Australia to add 5pts towards your PR.

Try hard to find your related fieldwork,
πŸ‘‰ Your Employer may sponsor you so, it is always better to think and choose wisely rather than getting stuck in odd jobs.
Though it is easier said than done however,
πŸ‘‰ DO NOT loose hope and DO NOT listen to β€˜O Yaar !! nhi milti field ki Job’.
If you try hard you will get it.

NOW,
If your SC476 visa is EXPIRING soon then it is better to explore other options ONLY iIF YOU ARE WILLING TO STAY IN AUSTRALIA FOR LONG. 🎯
The Following options also address the guys on SC485 or awaiting their TR
and
For those stuck in Accounting/IT/Engineering that are risky in terms of PR.
What options do you have ❓❓❓
1. Get enrolled in to study some LESS EXPENSIVE course (NOTE: Your profile and previous studies will define in which course you can enrol) this way you will GET SOME EXTRA TIME STAYING IN AUSTRALIA.

2. Studying COMMUNITY WORK or NURSING would also be one of the best Options if you study from ACCREDITED Colleges, it would be LESS EXPENSIVE and add value to your PR goal.

3. One of the HOT OPTONS is to Enrol in TRADE COURSE. For most of in demand Trade Courses you need to complete 1yr study at least and you MUST have 1yr full working rights to get experience of your 12months JRP in order to get your Skill Assessment Done.

The above option number 3 would be best for a person whose TR SC485 is about to start or JUST Started or else for your full working rights you would have to do Master By Research as it would give you FULL WORKING RIGHTS.

For more details and options, call me on 0470 122 532 ☎️
We have a Registered MARA Agent and a Registered Education Counsellor myself in team.

ACT NOW OR REGRET LATER !! ⏰
