Recycling is one of the best things you can do to fight against climate change and global warming. Why is Recycling so important? According to many studies, such as the Stern report released by the British Government, deforestation and landfill account for about 25% of the worlds greenhouse gas emissions every year. In greenhouse terms, that means every tonne of aluminium recycled saves about 18 tonnes of carbon dioxide!

Are you recycling to help us battle climate change? Let us know in the comments!

Hey Milperra Recyclers, welcome to Envirobank! At Envirobank, we’re on a mission to get more people recycling by making it worth their while. We’ve invested in some amazing recycling tech, hired a bunch of clever people, and are working hard to build a new recycling movement around the country’s cash for containers schemes. Returning your containers for a refund or reward is easy, simply collect empty containers and come down to our depot where our friendly staff will be on hand to count your containers. You can claim your 10-cent refunds or convert them to Crunch credits to access shopping vouchers and extra rewards.
