According to Hubspot, 74% of marketers want to reach millennials – so which platforms are you prioritising?
Most of us would agree that millennials live online, and social media is their go-to platform to hang out, search for products, and contact customer service.
But it’s less about what channel you use, and more about HOW you use it and WHAT you measure as a success.
In my view, followers are just a vanity metric – it’s engagement that really counts.
So, we need to be making it easy for our audience to:
✅ Find your products or services (use hashtags & keywords in your captions)
✅ Have conversations with you (keep your DMs open for enquiries)
✅ Check out your website (keep your links updated regularly)
Your social media channels should be a seamless jumping off point for your audience to then purchase your products or services.
