Okay, I'm a little late to post this but better late than never! 😄

I was recently a 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁 at the 𝗔𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀. 🎉

Three years ago I took a leap and started my HR consulting business - Unique Workplace Consulting. There have been hard days, proud days, and everything in between and this recognition means more than I can put into words.

No trophy on the shelf, but I sat in a room full of champions, and that's not something I'll forget in a hurry.

Big thanks to my incredible clients, who have trusted me with their business and their people, as none of this exists without them. And to everyone who has cheered me on along the way, your support means the world. 🙏

Up before the sun this morning and it was worth every second.

Made my way down to Manly Wharf bright and early to join Karl Delaney McGrath, James Griffin MP and many others selling poppies in honour of those who served and sacrificed.

Every poppy sold goes directly toward veterans' health and wellbeing programs, supporting the men and women who gave so much for all of us.

If you see someone selling a poppy today and tomorrow, please stop and grab one. Wear it with pride. Lest we forget. 🌺

Speed networking has a reputation. Rushed pitches. Business cards flying. Everyone selling, nobody listening. I equate it to chaos. 🫣

Today I attended my first Bulldogs in Business event (Thank you to Towner). There were no hard sells, no pitches, just genuine conversations about what you do, who you are, and how you might be able to help each other - Speed Networking done right!

The room was full of business owners who showed up with one goal in common: to grow, to connect, and to build something meaningful together.

Grateful for the connections made today. The opportunities ahead are exciting. 🚀

So proud to be part of something truly special last night where I attended the official launch of the 𝗘𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗡𝗭𝗔𝗖 at the ANZAC Memorial in Hyde Park, Sydney, an initiative sponsored by Advocates Online and Eyes Front, that left everyone inspired.

What makes this extraordinary? A 300-kilometre commemorative march from Holsworthy, through regional NSW to Canberra undertaken on foot in full WWI uniform and service kit, by an unknown veteran. No name. No profile. No spotlight. Just pure service and sacrifice.

This powerful movement raises funds and awareness for Red Shield Defence Services, supporting our Defence Force members, veterans and their families for over 125 years, to ensure that no one walk alone.

From James Morrison performing "The Last Post" on his uncle's bugle to Brad Blaze's live artwork creations, the night was one to remember.

This is what paying respect looks like. 🎖️
