$200 per room-Shared bathroom -all rooms have locks and keys operated .
Included-wifi ,electricity,water -excess water will be divided if bill exceeds limit.
Use of washer & dryer- Cleaning products.
Short stay preferred-3 months maximum.
Parking on side of driveway.
Both rooms are fully furnished, beds ,TVs ,fans ,air conditioning,microwaves ,toasters ,jugs, utensils.
Outside is bbq & fully equipped kitchenette & fridge /freezer
Main house is separate.
2 weeks in advance.
Looking for someone thatโs quite & clean respectful.
