Was looking for things I can pre make for my boys’ school lunchboxes and found this on Insta! It’s so good that we have 4 pcs left for lunchboxes next week 🫣

All you’ll need:
• 6 eggs
• 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
• ½ cup crumbled feta
• ¼ cup milk (or any dairy-free milk you like)
• ½ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp black pepper
• A pinch of garlic powder (if you like)
• A pinch of red pepper flakes (if you want a little kick)
• Olive oil spray (to grease the muffin tin)

Mix it all together and bake at 180 deg celsius for 15-20 mins depending on your oven (Or you can poke with a toothpick and if nothing sticks then you’re done) using a muffin tin!
