Home on the mat. Yoga has been part of my life since I was a toddler and wandered around all the women in the classes my mother attended.
I’ve had big periods of no practice, when life was just too much and I forgot myself, but it’s always here waiting for me.
I’m 47 this year, I’m no longer allowing my life to become that crazy I forget me. That’s why I decided my business will fit within my life, not me having to fit within my business.
This is why I started an online business and why I want to help others market their businesses online. There is so much potential here.
No more insanity and chaos please 🙏🏻

Be unapologetically you and attract the people who connect with who you are. Listen to their real needs and problems, then provide the best solution. Let it flow. It makes the whole process easier and more enjoyable.

Introducing..... my handsome young man, Conor Price 😍 He’s been part of every business I’ve had. The day he was born I was at the flower markets 5am that morning buying the days supply. He spent many hours in the back of my shops or on my lap while I did admin. He greeted customers and jutzhed my shop. I called him my Chief Smile Officer 😁
My next business was all online as a business coaching service. He often popped his head into webinars and lives to say hello. Again, he made people smile.
I’m very proud of all he’s overcome and how he takes on life. He has Down Syndrome and growing up has been a bit tougher for him. He’s cheekiest little man who will do whatever it takes, no matter how silly to make you laugh. He absolutely loves cuddles and is forever trying to kiss my nose 😬😁
So if we’re really lucky, he may make an appearance at some point to put a smile on your face 😁
