We are currently seeking a Part-Time Occupational Therapist to join our growing and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within the community, build meaningful relationships with clients, and help improve their quality of life through person-centred care.
๐ผ About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist, you will:

Conduct comprehensive in-home assessments
โ
Develop tailored therapy and care plans
โ
Perform functional, mobility, home safety and falls risk assessments
โ
Prescribe assistive technology and equipment recommendations
โ
Complete minor and major home modification assessments
โ
Support clients to maximise independence and participation in daily activities
โ
Collaborate with families, support coordinators, healthcare professionals and care teams
โ
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports
โ
Deliver services in line with Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS best practices

Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
โ๏ธ A recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy
โ๏ธ Current registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia (AHPRA) with no restrictions
โ๏ธ Current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
โ๏ธ Professional indemnity insurance (where applicable)
โ๏ธ Excellent communication and assessment skills
โ๏ธ Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
๐ Compliance Requirements
Successful applicants will be required to provide or obtain:

National Police Check (current)
โ
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
โ
Working With Children Check (where applicable)
โ
Evidence of right to work in Australia
โ
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
โ
Up-to-date vaccination records in accordance with organisational and client requirements
โ
Completion of mandatory compliance and onboarding training
