TEAM BUILDING // Last week we welcomed the national MLP team to Perth, many visiting for the first time. ⁠

Our annual internal conference is a great opportunity to get the team together and align company strategy and ethos for the year ahead. This year the Perth team were proud to show off the recently completed Light Lab and office fitout. ⁠

NEW PROJECT // Suntory Oceania is the newly unified beverage powerhouse overseeing the full spectrum of Suntory’s alcoholic and non-alcoholic operations across Australia and New Zealand. With a workforce of around 1,500 people and a flagship carbon-neutral facility in Queensland, Suntory Oceania represents the next chapter of the group’s global commitment to craftsmanship, innovation and sustainability.

Reflecting this forward-looking ethos, the new Sydney headquarters across a combined NLA of approx. 2700m², brings together people, purpose and performance within a sophisticated, energy-efficient environment. The design brief centred on creating a workplace that embodies the company’s “Growing for Good” philosophy.

MLP collaborated closely with the design team to deliver a tailored lighting schedule that complements the clean architectural lines and warm material palette of the workspace.

CALM CONNECTION // Through close collaboration with the project team, MLP delivered a cohesive lighting selection for the MS Plus Wellbeing Centre in Lidcombe, enhancing both the architectural form and the visitor experience.

Duell wall luminaires bring a refined warmth to the stairwells and lift areas, complementing the soft architectural lines throughout. In the expansive lobby, a suite of MLP supplied products enhance the sense of openness and tranquillity, ensuring lighting plays an active role in the sense of wellbeing for the centre.

PROJECT // Fiveight’s Perth headquarters on St Georges Terrace, reflects the developer’s bold vision for design and place.

Partnering with State, MLP supplied a suite of custom-finished luminaires, including bespoke fittings painted in Dulux Eyre, to seamlessly integrate lighting into the architecture. The result is a workplace that embodies innovation, cohesion and identity, perfectly aligned with Fiveight’s ethos.

PROJECT // The new Holly Garvey studio is a study in refined detail - rich finishes, clean lines, and lighting that brings every surface to life.

Designers , curated a mix of architectural and decorative fittings to layer texture, tone and contrast throughout the space.

From the precision of Natural Cloud Butterfly downlights to the sculptural presence of and wall lights, every fitting plays its part in shaping the studio’s signature atmosphere.

Introducing COAST & COVE - New from ADesignStudio.

Designed with Adam Goodrum - Coast and Cove offers a collection of wall lights that emphasise sculptural materiality and form. The metal versions, crafted from solid blocks of brass or stainless steel, exhibit robustness and precision. In contrast, the stone versions, available in Marble and Onyx, present a unique aesthetic, with each piece bearing distinct characteristics and varying degrees of transparency that reflect the geological history of the rock.
