Performance Reviews should do more than assess performance — they should help leaders and organisations succeed.

When done well, performance management becomes a powerful tool for clarity, development and organisational alignment. When done poorly, it becomes rushed, compliance-driven and disconnected from strategy.

The Performance Review Service from LG Services Group is designed to create a respectful, structured and meaningful performance process that supports both organisational and individual success.

Having supported CEO and executive performance review processes across more than 50 Councils in Australia, we understand the pressure leaders face balancing operational demands, stakeholder expectations and workforce management.

Our approach is built around a ‘no surprises’ philosophy.

We help prepare and facilitate performance conversations that promote open dialogue, clear expectations and mutually beneficial outcomes.

Our service includes:

✔ Performance review panel preparation and training
✔ Structured and respectful performance facilitation
✔ Alignment of performance goals with strategic and corporate objectives
✔ Optional inclusion of behavioural and leadership feedback tools such as 360-degree assessments
✔ Mid-term performance check-ins to maintain clarity and momentum

Performance reviews are not just about measurement.

They are about setting clear expectations, supporting development, recognising achievement and ensuring leadership and organisational priorities remain aligned throughout the year.

Our team brings senior executive experience and has supported performance management processes in complex public sector environments.

If your organisation wants a performance review process that reduces administrative pressure, supports meaningful dialogue and delivers practical outcomes, we can help.
