We are a successful digital agency and our requirements are someone with great experience selling in the digital space, this includes websites, digital marketing services, consulting services to name but a few. We are a full services agency. In a word, we’re after a Business Development Manager who can formulate and manage sales strategies. They need to assist with the driving of the sales funnels formulated by the business with high regard shown to those that can provide their OWN solutions and strategies to help propel us forward.
This role is based in Australia, and working on-site in our Sydney offices.
A high priority will be placed on finding someone that loves leveling themselves up and has a positive ‘can do’ attitude.

xAgency is a market leading, full-service digital agency. During COVID in 2020, we grew from 10 to 30 people!. Our focus is on making other businesses highly profitable and leading by example.
Our Head Office is in Sydney but we have people based across Australia, USA, Asia and Europe and offer a very flexible remote way of working. Some of our team are fully remote, others are hybrid remote and in-office sometimes.
You will:
Be discovering and converting new clients and funnels
Manage multiple projects at a time and collaborate with your team accordingly
Build prospect pipelines and research growth opportunities with current customers
Prepare and manage quotes
Work within a globally distributed, happy, talented, diverse and inclusive team.
Contribute to a thriving culture where your team feels a strong sense of inclusion and belonging
Be a positive influence to your team
Identify, respond and facilitate all issues and concern with projects
Provide regular reporting to clients in accordance with their service level agreements
Has a willingness to learn, grow and eventually lead. We would love to build a BDM team around you, if you're up to the task (read: more money in your pocket)
With others you will also:
Partner closely with marketing and other high-level stakeholders to deliver on sales funnels
Work closely with company directors to orchestrate strategy and lead the sales process.
We are looking for:
At least 10 years experience in similar role
Exceptional time management and self-organisation skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team
Self-driven and with an entrepreneurial and customer focused mindset
Comfortable working in a startup business with a dynamic environment
Enthusiastic, energetic, outgoing and passionate
Excellent analytical, logic and problem-solving skills
Strong negotiation skills
Global market experience. The ability to work with and identify the idiosyncratic, cross-cultural differences of our team members
Strong agency experience

The xAgency story:
