This is where we get into what you have in your wardrobe with a fresh pair of eyes. We look at what works for your body shape, what doesn't and why, create some new looks along the way and make a list of what you potentially need to get the most out of your clothes.

Bootcamp 6 weeks 😎.starts Sat 18th Jan 2025
This is a 45 minute Saturday bootcamp with a difference. It's suitable for all ages and abilities, is fun and welcoming with no punishment and the best way to kick off the weekend.

Personal Training sessions 💪🏼
(bring a friend for free) - ZOOM SESSIONS AVAIL.
These 30 minute sessions are all about you and what your mind and body need from a training programme. They are hormone friendly, challenging and guaranteed to make you feel happier.
