Unfortunately, the experience and treatment of being “neglected and excluded” by both men & women is still a pressing issue in today’s very much “male dominated” corporate world of finance and technology. There are still big biases in the workplace culture where, more often than not, male colleagues are preferred over their female counterparts by female & male bosses.
So how can we address this issue? Having the support of both men & women who see an individual’s potential and ability, who believe in the individual and recognise how they overcome challenges and thrive. In leadership, we believe in equal opportunity, respect and being true to yourself.
