The Australian International Airshow and Aerospace & Defence Exposition is a key aviation, aerospace and defence event for the Asia Pacific.

Chris Evans and Jenny O'Sullivan will be travelling to Avalon to meet with international companies looking to understand how the aeropsace and defence sector operates in Australia and to help faciliate meetings for our clients with local companies, providing them with opportunities to explore avenues for partnerships and collaboration.

This visit to PA had 14 global trade reps conducting 1-1 meetings over two weeks with companies looking to start or expand their international business operations.

As part of the road show, Angela Foley of GSGP Sydney conducted one-on-one meetings with 74 different Pennsylvania organisations in 10 different cities across the Commonwealth.

Our office is now following up with individual companies and completing project work with ~ 45 projects currently in our forward work schedule for Pennsylvania partly as a direct result of this trip.

..and it's a wrap! Grateful for yet another successful Bringing the World to PA Erie. A big thank you to all participants!

We love hearing about successes from companies that have participated in trade missions to Australia.

Congrats to NC-Engineering (a participant in the 2016 Invest NI Trade Mission to Australia and New Zealand) for appointing a dealer in Aus and securing the first sales to the region.

Having rechecked Adrian Pearson's meeting schedule for the mission, the meeting with this dealer involved a 5am pick up at the hotel and a day trip with ~9 hours of driving to meet with prospects.

Looks like it was all worth it now.

It has been a busy year facilitating trade missions to Australia for our overseas economic development agencies and their clients.

This time round we are pleased to be working on our 3rd trade mission with Invest Northern Ireland and it so good to be assisting some companies on their first visit and others that are returning to Australia to consolidate and grow their relationships and business activities down under.
