Another year, another step up in scale for the ECA National Conference!

With more attendees joining the experience than ever before, this year’s conference is bringing together early childhood professionals from across Australia, both in person and online.

Behind the scenes, the Touchpoint team is working alongside Early Childhood Australia to connect the two experiences, supporting everything from onsite check-in and the Event App to the virtual platform and online attendee experience.

For a conference that continues to grow, delivering a connected hybrid experience means making sure every attendee can engage with the program, wherever they’re joining from.

A lot happens before arriving onsite!

After months of preparation, Brooke and Ann were in Vietnam last week supporting the delivery of the Entireti Accelerate Conference.

Touchpoint’s involvement started well before arrival, with our team building the event website and complex registration requirements, managing attendee enquiries, and supporting exhibitor portals and management.

For this international event, we also adapted our usual onsite setup by pre-printing attendee name badges ahead of departure, ready for collection on arrival. Our lightweight check-in solution allowed us to still capture an electronic record of each attendee’s arrival.

Once onsite, the focus shifted to session scanning, live Q&A and polling, gala dinner seating management and onsite management of the Event App.

It was great to see all that pre-event work come together on the ground in Vietnam.

The Touchpoint team are onsite at the Pharmacy Connect Conference at Hyatt Regency Sydney, supporting the attendee journey from arrival through to key functions across the conference.

We love becoming an extension of the Pharmacy Guild team, working alongside them onsite to help keep things running smoothly and create a seamless experience for attendees.

It’s been great to see Pharmacy Connect come together, with plenty of learning, networking and connection across the conference.

Five PD Days across five states. That’s a wrap! 🙌

Over the past month, our team has been on the road supporting the Akumin & Entireti Alliances PD Days across Adelaide, Perth, Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney.

It’s been great to be part of each PD Day and see them come to life across the country.

Same venue. Two very different event experiences.

This week our team is onsite at ICC Sydney supporting two conferences, each with its own unique requirements and event technology strategy.

For the AADA National Convention, we’re delivering a high-volume onsite experience with self-service kiosks, access control scanning and an interactive event app featuring gamification.

For the Justice Health NSW - Health Care in Secure Settings Conference, our role extends well beyond check-in, supporting the event from registration configuration through to a hybrid experience with live streaming, virtual exhibition, audience Q&A, live polling and an event app that keeps attendees connected.

Every event is different. That’s why we tailor the technology to suit the objectives, audience and experience our clients want to create.

We’re on the Gold Coast this week, supporting the Australian Elder Abuse Conference 2026 at the RACV Royal Pines Resort.

Our self-service touchscreen check-in stations are helping delegates register quickly and smoothly, so they can focus on the important conversations ahead.

We hope everyone has a fantastic few days of learning, collaboration and meaningful discussions.
