Heard a wonderful author speak this week and she said if only she had replaced her younger years self-doubt with self questioning. Got me thinking - if we can get in to the habit of asking ourselves constructive questions (e.g. "How can I do this better?") then yes, questions are the way to go.
Here's a question.... what do you think? :-)

Women are increasingly found in the boardrooms of corporate Australia but for some reason this is not the case in the newly created boards of companies who have recently IPO'd. A new study by the Australian Institute of Company Directors found that only 7% of directors on companies that listed in the first 3 months of this financial year were women. AICD’s latest quarterly Gender Diversity Progress Report shows that the target to achieve 30 per cent female representation on ASX 200 boards can be met by the end of 2018 – but only if current appointment rates are maintained.
