Is stress good or bad?
Stress is part of life. Stress is inevitable and in fact without any stress at all life would be impossible.
BUT …
We hear so much about stress being the leading cause of so many problems, from chronic health challenges, to mental health issues, from relationship breakdown to things like putting on weight.

… is stress good, or bad?
It depends on 3 things:
The stress load you are carrying and accumulating
Your personal stress tolerance
Your strategy to empty your load and increase your strategy
If your stress is low and your tolerance high, you are in the adaptable zone and won’t be knocked about by the stresses of life that you face.
If however you are trying to carry more stress than you have capacity for you will notice things in life start to dysfunction. You may lose health, connections, emotions, sleep etc.
These levels of stress are toxic or even traumatic and may require a fresh look at your strategies.
