Meet the riders. The personalities are strong. We’ll report back on the legs. 🚴😂

They’re taking on Ride4Lives, a seven-day cycling challenge from Sydney to Byron Bay to raise money for Black Dog Institute.

From 23–29 October, the team will cover 780km and tackle more than 8,500 metres of climbing, supporting vital mental health research, education and su***de prevention.

We’re delighted to welcome Kerry to the Precision Sourcing team as our Marketing Executive, joining Ciara, Head of Marketing, as we continue to strengthen and grow the Precision Sourcing Group brand.

Kerry brings a Bachelor of Business in Digital Marketing and experience across social media management, content creation, paid advertising, and digital campaigns.

A good morning spent with Laura Cole, who joined us for another training session with the team today👏

One of the big conversations was around getting back to face-to-face meetings and why they still matter so much in recruitment.

Since COVID, it’s become easy to rely on phone calls and Teams, but there’s only so much you can uncover through a screen. Meeting someone in person gives you a much better understanding of their soft skills, motivations, personality and culture fit😌

Continued training and development is something we really value at Precision Sourcing, and sessions like today help us challenge our habits and keep improving how we work with candidates and clients🧡

We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to join us at Precision Sourcing Group in Sydney.

🧡This is a hands-on role for someone with around 2-4 years’ experience who wants more variety, ownership and the opportunity to make an impact.

🧡You’ll work across three brands - Precision Sourcing, Vinova and MediRec – helping bring campaigns to life across email marketing, social, podcasts, webinars, events and market reports.

🧡
Beyond content creation, you’ll also play an important role in campaign reporting and analytics - using performance data to understand what’s working, identify opportunities and help us continually improve our marketing activity.

🧡If you’re creative, commercially minded and equally comfortable building a campaign as you are analysing its performance, we’d love to hear from you.
