Something pretty cool happened this week.
A brand new client reached out to us completely out of nowhere.
No referral. No ad. No cold outreach.
They found us on ChatGPT.

They were searching for a digital marketing company in Australia — and ChatGPT recommended Believe Advertising & PR. Just like that. They picked up the phone and called us straight away.
Honestly it stopped me in my tracks.

We talk a lot about AI changing the marketing landscape. But when you see it happen in real time — a real person, finding your business through a real AI conversation — it hits differently.
This is the new word of mouth.

AI search engines like ChatGPT aren't just answering random questions anymore. They're recommending businesses. Sending clients. Driving real revenue.
And here's the thing — AI doesn't recommend just anyone.

It pulls from media coverage. Industry authority. Trusted publications. Real credibility signals built over time.
That's exactly what PR does.
After 24 years building brands and reputations I can tell you — the businesses showing up in AI search results aren't the ones spending the most on ads.

This week was a reminder of exactly why we do what we do.
