🚨 **𝟓 𝐍𝐄𝐆𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐕𝐄 𝐖𝐀𝐘𝐒 𝐓𝐎 𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐋𝐄 𝐍𝐄𝐆𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐕𝐄 𝐓𝐇𝐎𝐔𝐆𝐇𝐓𝐒!** 😵‍💫💭

Let’s be honest… we ALL have negative thoughts sometimes.

But when that little voice in your head starts working overtime, here are **5 things NOT to do:** 😂👇

❌ **1. Overthink EVERYTHING**
One small problem becomes a 27-episode Netflix series in your head. 📺🤣

❌ **2. Replay the past**
You can’t change yesterday, but somehow your brain keeps pressing “REPLAY.” 🔄

❌ **3. Assume the worst**
“If they didn’t reply… they must be angry with me!” 😳
Maybe… they’re just busy charging their phone! 🔋😂

❌ **4. Compare yourself to others**
Remember: You’re comparing your *behind the scenes* to someone else’s *highlight reel.* 📱✨

❌ **5. Believe every thought you think**
A thought is NOT always a fact.
Sometimes your mind is simply having a bad day. ❤️

🌱 **Your thoughts are powerful, but YOU are more powerful.**

When negativity knocks, pause.
Breathe.
Challenge the thought.
And choose a kinder thought instead. 💛

✨ **You deserve peace, growth and a life that isn’t controlled by your inner critic.**

And remember…

**Don’t believe everything your mind tells you—especially after 10 PM!** 😂🌙

In May 2025 while holidaying in New York with my family, I really wanted to watch Disney's "The Lion King Musical" but couldn't afford the ticket prices in USD but my dream became a reality last August when the same musical hits Sydney's Capitol Theater. I am one happy dreamer. Mission Accomplished. 😄❤️

You don’t become a great leader by having all the answers.

You become one by being willing to 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻, 𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻, 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲. 💯
