Dental Sanctuary came to QVS with a clear brief: create a state-of-the-art dental practice that felt calm, welcoming and anything but clinical.

Starting with an empty concrete space, we worked to bring that vision to life while keeping a close eye on the budget.

The finished practice combines a feature green wall, warm timber finishes and a bright children’s area to create a space that feels welcoming for patients of all ages.

But the transformation wasn’t only about how the space looked.

A look back behind the scenes at one of our office refurbishment projects.

This project came with two very clear requirements: a set budget and a tight deadline.

With one lease ending and the next beginning, there wasn’t room for the project to run over. So, we programmed the work around the deadline and put in two long weekends to make sure the space was ready when it needed to be.

The original design featured polished concrete flooring and an exposed ceiling, a clean, industrial aesthetic aligned with the brand.

However, during inspection, we identified a challenge.

Bathroom services above the tenancy created excessive noise, not suitable for a professional investment environment.

Rather than compromise comfort, we refined the solution.

A coffered ceiling was installed to improve acoustics.
Natural timber flooring replaced the concrete finish.
Acoufelt wall linings were introduced to further soften sound.

There were also budget constraints.

We redesigned selected custom joinery elements and sourced alternative furniture options, reducing overall costs while maintaining the intended design integrity.

Delivered on time.
Delivered on budget.
Without changing the aesthetic direction.

Because a successful office fitout isn’t just about how it looks. It’s about how it performs.
