Happy birthday to my dearest sister. Celebrated it by making some yummy Malva pudding. I first got introduced to this amazing dessert by one of my closest friends, Preethi who alwayssss gave me some whenever she made. Then after seeing .lum 's reel, I just had to make it and got so tempted. After several months of not baking at all, made this beauty. I tweaked the recipe a bit by using raspberry jam instead of apricot and made the anglaise using rose and vanilla tea infusion. All in all, this is one amazing dessert and tastes like a South African version of Indian gulab jamoon ππ
