Last night we launched Genesis by Nadia.

A collection thirty years in the making. Not a beginning but the result of one.
The evening was intimate by design. and we had the kind of room where people lean in, not back and where the work speaks before anyone has to explain it. And the work did exactly that.

"Jewellery is not simply something you wear, it is something you become."

That is the belief at the heart of this collection. And last night, watching people encounter it for the first time, it was so great to see it land.

When I was early on in my career, I always wished I had someone I could think out loud with. Someone to share the fears, the ideas, the “am I even on the right track?” moments.

I’ve spent 25+ years no across adidas, Nike, Diesel and Westfield and now IGU Global, I’ve built up a lot of experience and a hard-won understanding of wholesale, retail and consumer behaviour. But here’s the thing, I’m also still figuring out what I want to be when I grow up too.

What I do know is this, watching someone get genuinely excited about what’s possible for them or their business has always been my greatest joy. That never gets old.

When I meet people like , brave enough to step into the arena, get uncomfortable in growing, all I need to do is help you back yourself. Understand the belonging and standing alone are inseparable is everything.

Most brand consultants will tell you to refresh your logo. Rewrite your values. Rebrand.

That’s not the problem.

Your brand isn’t broken. Your behaviour is.

The gap between what you say you stand for and what you actually do, that’s where trust dies. Quietly. Consistently.

No new font fixes that. Behaviour is the brand. Always has been.
