What do you get when you mix Mirri Mirri, GO Foundation and around 250 kids together over a 2-day period? Nothing but laughs, culture, competition and organised chaos.

As always, we are so grateful to the GO Foundation for having Mirri Mirri along on Dharug and Gadigal country to deliver a range of activities to their scholarship recipients.

Over the two special days, students played an improvised version of Marngrook, completed team building activities and learnt about significant Indigenous people and events!

We look forward to doing many more these days with the amazing GO Foundation team and some incredible young people.

Janine and Kara caught up with staff at Paramount where they participated in a weaving workshop as part of their NAIDOC celebrations. It was a great opportunity to connect with each other and culture whilst learning more about the significance of NAIDOC and weaving. 🖤💛❤️

We had such a great time sharing stories, learning together and watching the team get creative with each challenge. Check out some of their amazing scavenger hunt pics!

Yesterday, Paul had the floor at the Legislative Council of the Parliament of NSW

Rumour has it he was introducing the “More Yarning, Less PowerPoints” Bill. 😉

In all seriousness, it was a fantastic session sharing culture, history and perspectives, with plenty of meaningful conversations along the way.
