1. LEADERSHIP: Leadership is at the core of our vision and E-LEAD’s primary purpose is to “develop and enhance the capacity and aspiration of future and emerging leaders for active leadership and citizenship in a global society in order to make a positive impact”
2. DEVELOPMENT: Development portrays the secondary purpose of E-LEAD to support the core, which is “to facilitate personal, professional, career and behavioural capability development of future and emerging leaders”
3. ENGAGEMENT: The engagement pillar supplements the core purpose and is created "to build a strong sense of community between all the E-LEAD Stakeholders by creating memorable and meaningful experiences and through employing a profound electronic engagement platform”

Once a vision, now a reality! Today, we mark an incredibly momentuous and ground breaking milestone as we commence our newest I-LEAD destination here in Germany, spanning across five cities; Berlin, Wolfsberg, Frankfurt, Walldorf and Munich!

I-LEAD Singapore: Leadership Race Day 🏃‍♀️🌏✨

What a fantastic day of teamwork, strategy, problem-solving, and fun as our delegates took part in Leadership Race Day across Singapore!

📍 The challenge was simple in theory but far more complex in practice: in just 7 hours, teams had to work together to plan their route, complete activities, take on tasks, capture photos, and visit as many sightseeing locations as possible.

🗺️ With so many choices to make from travelling across Singapore from east to west, to deciding whether to focus on the city centre — delegates had to think carefully about time, teamwork, communication, and strategy.

🤝 Throughout the day, it was wonderful to see each team collaborate, adapt, and make decisions together while making the most of every moment.

🏆 Congratulations to our winning team, Team Vision - Janindu Wijayagunawardana, Cathrin Hong, Mandukhai Gombo and Edison Tran – who built their strategy along the way, adapted to each challenge, met Marshmallow, and made the most of an incredible day out.

🥈 Team Synergy came in second place - Oak, Nicole , Divyana , Kevin and Eva – impressing us with their thoughtful approach and the time they took to develop a strong strategy from the beginning.

🥉 Team Momentum - Violet , Cindy, Avinash, and Mohammad – worked brilliantly together throughout the day, showing great teamwork, energy, and determination across every challenge.

📸 From problem-solving and planning to teamwork in action, Leadership Race Day was a great reminder that leadership often comes down to how well we listen, adapt, support one another, and work towards a shared goal.

💬 We wrapped up the day with a recap session, reflecting on the experiences, decisions, and lessons each team took away from the challenge.

📊 ACCA Visit 🇸🇬 | I-LEAD Singapore Day 4 (Part 1)

✨ Today, our delegates had the opportunity to attend an engaging and insightful session with ACCA Singapore, led by Sharifa Nafisa, FCCA, and Sylvia. The session explored leadership and innovation within the accounting and finance space through an immersive and thought provoking experience.

🌟 Sylvia kicked things off by introducing ACCA to our delegates, who come from a diverse range of backgrounds including Engineering and Business Management. She highlighted the wide range of opportunities ACCA offers, and how its accreditation adds value across industries such as Finance, Technology, and Engineering equipping individuals with versatile, future ready skills.

🧠 Sharifa then brought accounting to life by breaking down its structure and relevance across all levels of business. A key highlight was the discussion on AI and its growing role in the industry, particularly how future accountants can leverage it as a tool to enhance decision making and deliver greater impact. She also shared valuable insights on staying ahead of emerging trends, supported by real data on how professionals are adapting to the future of work.

💳 Mastercard visit — I-LEAD Singapore - Day 3

✨ An insightful session with Marilyne Meesters-Chew on leadership and innovation in fintech through an immersive session at Mastercard Experience Centre!

🚀 A key highlight was witnessing how emerging technologies are converging to unlock new possibilities in commerce. From artificial intelligence and super apps to digital assets, privacy-enhancing technologies, zero trust architecture, mixed reality, robotics, and the Internet of Things.

🌐 Delegates were able to delve into the seven trends that shape the future of payments through the objectives of a cashless society whilst also comprehending how growth is driven by different factors as well as pushing for innovative ecosystems through tomorrow’s vision with partnerships.

🤖 It was particularly fascinating to see how AI and cybersecurity intersect in real-world applications, bridging the gap between academic learning and industry practice.

🔄 Towards the end of the session, delegates got the opportunity to see and visualise the future of circular commercial through economic methodologies that could shape the future of consumer behavioural traits.
