We had an amazing experience last Wednesday at the Supply Nation Tradeshow in Dubbo, on beautiful Wiradjuri Country!

It was energising to connect with so many vibrant Aboriginal businesses and changemakers. We had some powerful conversations with local Mob, community groups, and future collaborators about creating real, lasting employment opportunities for our people.

Being part of this tradeshow has opened doors that bring us one step closer to that vision — and we’re feeling optimistic about what’s ahead.

This day is a powerful opportunity to send a clear message to governments: health equality is a fundamental right for all.

As of 2025, the life expectancy of First Nations Peoples remains 10 years lower than the national average.

We encourage you to take part by hosting an activity in your workplace, home, school, or community to raise awareness and drive meaningful action.

Our goal is to unite people, share knowledge, and take real steps towards achieving health equality for First Nations Peoples by 2032.

Role Overview:
We are on the lookout for a deadly Recruitment Consultant to join our high-energy team. In this role, you will handle all the responsibilities of a typical recruitment consultant, with a special focus on connecting with mob. Your key tasks will include building talent pools, building connections with businesses, and creating further employment opportunities for mob.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles.
Build and nurture relationships with clients, candidates, and stakeholders.
Source, screen, and place top identified talent in contract and permanent roles.
Provide market insights and strategic recruitment solutions to clients.
Drive business development and account management to expand our client portfolios.
Work with National PSA agreements to deliver top-tier identified talent.
Source and attract candidates through various channels
Conduct interviews and assess candidates' suitability for roles.
Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs.
Create and manage job postings.
Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

What We’re Looking For:
Recruitment experience in an agency or in a talent acquisition team.
A hunger for success, resilience, and a competitive mindset.
Proven ability to source and talent pool First Nations people across Australia.
Exceptional relationship-building skills and a consultative recruitment approach.
Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for supporting Indigenous employment and workforce diversity.
Work Environment:
High-energy, dynamic work environment.
Hybrid working model (3 days in office, 2 days from home).
Office located in North Sydney metres away from Metro station
