πŸš€ 5am or 8am? Morning or afternoon?

We’ve heard for years about the β€˜5am Club’ or the idea that people say that waking up at 6am and ripping into their day, gets them ahead.

But is it true? Does it actually get you β€œahead” of everyone else?

I did have a colleague remind me a few days ago, that he stays up super late at night, and gets tons done at night. Then sleeps in until 8am. And because he gets it done the night before, he’s actually β€œahead” of the 5am Club.

Made me stop and think… And also smile at the logic he was pushing towards the conversation.

So sharing a bit about me and my mornings: I’ve found that waking up at 5am or 6am doesn’t give me a head start on the day. I used to get up at 4am in my sporting days. But that’s long behind me now.

For me now, it’s my 7am wake up, sometimes a bit earlier. My time to enjoy a quiet coffee, plan out my day, have a WIP meeting at 745am with my inner circle team and get my girls to school. It’s not about being a hero; it’s just what works for me.

But hey, we’re all different, right? Some of us love the peace and productivity that 5 AM brings, while others find their best energy kicking in after a 9 AM wake-up, maybe enjoying extra sleep, time with family, or a calm breakfast to start the day strong.

So, what’s your wake-up time? And what’s the best thing you get out of your choice?

Yes, you read that right.

Increased PROFIT by 23% in just 4 Months!

I just got a message from Lauren a few weeks ago who's grown 23% profit and 64% revenue in just 4 months.

When we first met, she was stressed because she owed $30K for her business and clinic equipment. She needed more clients quickly and none of her old marketing ways were working.

So, what we did was we installed the Instant Appointment System and started to fill the diary.

Next, we implemented the Pre-Hire Maximiser, created huge leverage, and improved the business efficiency by 18%, to enable PROFIT to flow into her business easily.

There's always 10-20% growth in their current diary without the immediate expenses of hiring a new team member.

It's a mistake because they hire a new team member which increases their business expenses and they also then miss out on the 20% non-utilised growth that was already there.

Instead, they should improve their efficiencies, adjust the team’s utilisation, and ensure the business moves forward in the best way possible.

The result will be a team that is more efficient, guaranteed business growth and profit, and greater impact for your clients.

We are so grateful for our mothers, who has given us the world. We are thankful for their love, guidance and support. They have always been there for usβ€”from the time we were little kids to now as adults.

This Mother's Day, we want to give back all their love and affection that they have given us over the years.
