ToyotaFest #23 by Toymods Car Club, NSW Australia ! 🥰

Been a while since I had time to upload and post up any content, with World Time Attack Challenge, video and photo jobs for clients keeping me busy.

But as one of my favorite events on my calendar, ToyotaFest is something I've been attending since 2013, there are just so many people to catch up with and cool cars to see every year. ( I ended up leaving the venue at 4:30pm, well after the show finished because it was so good to catch up with some of the lads!)

Huge thanks to the Toymods team for their efforts to make this event run once again.

As Facebook only allow 80 photos, here is the majority of the edited photos, but for the whole lot of +110 medium res photos now on my Google Drive Link below for everyone to enjoy! Please just give me a tag if you post them up on your own socials!

Been a while since I dropped by any Sydney car events with work keeping me busy.

But with the guys from Unmarked running their 5th event this year, I made sure to drop by to check out the event as they have been putting on a mega show.

Very impromptu school night catch up to celebrate 7's Day late last night with some friends!

Recently, long time Hillest friend, Paul acquired his dream chassis, a FD3S RX-7.

So of course we had to celebrate by taking a few photos within the 1st week of ownership with a few of the lads and do some wheel test fitting in a public car park on a school night.

Good excuse to test out the Canon R6 III and do some light painting too!

The car needs some TLC but it's such a great base with plenty of quality parts and 1 previous owner!

Been a while since I dropped by Benzin Cafe or shot any social / car meets.

Great catch up and chill night for their colab event with DC Oceanic x Twlvdys Hills Visuals with a nice variety of cars and a few familiar faces I haven't seen in forever!

Earlier in the month, I was lucky enough to be back in Tokyo for a short work trip.🗼

During my short visit, I was able to convince my friend to drive me down to Fuji Speedway to check out R34 Festival Vol.16 with me, held by SHAFT Auto Service【シャフト】 which has been on my bucket list for a long time, as R34s were once a dream car of mine! (Specifically a ER34 with GT-R conversion kit!)

I was blown away by the quality of some of the cars and it was so refreshing to see them modified in so many different styles. ^_^

I've posted these on my Instagram a little while ago, but it was about time I did some posting on Facebook again. 😅

It's been a minute since I've done an update on here!

But with 2026 starting out with Tokyo Autosalon trip, trying to sort out work, and a lot of my time spent on Instagram because it is easier to find car owners, I've neglected the page a bit.

So here is a photo dump from Tokyo V7, which was primarily shot on my new Canon R6 III which I bought to level up my photo and video work, after my Canon 6Ds have worked tirelessly for nearly 13 years taking all the photos previously posted on here!

Breakdown on these photos:
13 days average of 5.5 hours sleep, 5 coffees a day, 21,000 steps shooting 7,541 photos/ videos on my Canon R6iii, Canon 6D and phone, totaling 96gb of data!

-Tokyo Autosalon 2026
-Stickydiljoe x Exceed Japan Tokyo Debut pop-up
-Hardcore Tokyo x Car Modify Wonder, Wonder's Game at Nikko Circuit
-Daikoku parking area Sunday

There are heaps of more in-depth write up posts on my Instagram, come check it out!

Thanks to the lads at STREET MACHINE for having me capture some photos and video pieces for their Street Machine Of The Year!

Although I only know modified Japanese cars, it's always an amazing opportunity to do work for these guys and getting to see and learn about our rich Aussie Muscle car culture which I've barely scratched the surface of.

I've actually had the opportunity to shoot the SMOTY back in 2020 too! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=expLtp4Mo4g
