At some point we have all experienced overwhelm. Reaching to check emails the minute your eyes open, madly trying to get everything done at work before it’s school pick up time, worrying about cleaning the house and filling the fridge, booking a wax and trying to find ten minutes just to return a friend’s call.
Overwhelm is something Felicity Harley knows inside out. The founding editor of Women’s Health magazine she was so intrigued by the epidemic of modern women looking for perfection and finding burnout that she wrote a book about it.

“In one word, no. I don’t think we can,” Felicity said. “We can’t have it all at the same time. It’s about choosing what you want right in that moment and what’s important to you.”
