Some frames from the island of Tuvalu, where I spent four days working.

A place directly in the path of climate change — slowly, irreversibly disappearing. And yet its people are among the most generous, resilient, and hospitable I’ve ever encountered.

I lost my SD card and with it a lot of the footage I’d captured. It stings. But what remains — these frames, these memories — is more than enough to carry this place with me.

To the people of Tuvalu: thank you, from the bottom of my heart. 🌊

Not documenting. Just feeling my way through spaces.
A few frames from the past few months — scenes that made me pause and look.

Aotearoa called. I answered.
One week. One island. Auckland → Rotorua → New Plymouth — and somewhere between the glowing caves and the forest dark, the serenity I didn’t know I’d lost found its way back.
There’s something about this land that slows you down without asking. Great food around every corner. Midnight walks through Redwood forest. The Waitomo Caves doing something to your sense of reality. Taranaki standing there in quiet majesty while New Plymouth gets on with being effortlessly beautiful.
But mostly — it was the people. Generous without thinking about it. The kind of warmth you carry home.

🍺 Shoutout to — best craft beer I’ve had in a long while.

Still thinking about last Friday at . ✨ I had the absolute pleasure of catching .la.gati , , and , and the synergy between these three was unreal. They completely transformed a quiet start into a totally electric room.
Shot this entirely using ambient light to capture the true mood of the venue. The way the lounge’s lighting framed their performance and the surrounding space was just too good to pass up. 🎥🔥

Seven days, five suburbs, one camera.

Spent the last week collecting corners of the city—from the industrial texture of St Peters and Marrickville to the Town Hall rush and the Bondi breeze. Sydney is a shapeshifter.”

Walking the streets isn’t just about moving from A to B; it’s about seeing. 📸 Last week took me through the distinct rhythms of Newtown and the quiet corners of Hyde Park.

For me, the daily process is simple: camera in hand, eyes open. I’m using these walks to sharpen my framing and capture the raw texture of Sydney life. It’s a practice in presence as much as it is in photography.

Finally made it to Manly Beach after all these years living in Australia.

The afternoon was wild—wind whipping through crowds of beachgoers from every corner of the world, each moment offering something new to capture. I wandered slowly, deliberately, finding frames in the chaos and beauty of it all. Then came the evening’s gift: a sunset view from my living room that transformed the entire sky into brushstrokes only nature can paint. This is why I’m here. ✨

Spent three days in Melbourne last year visiting family and captured some of my favorite moments around the city. From the bustling Victoria Market to the sun-soaked shores of St Kilda Beach, Melbourne truly has something for everyone. Shot on my Sony NEX-5N.

Looking back, this year has been a study in contrasts.

From the landscapes of Tonga to the intimate corners of Australia, I’ve been blessed with opportunities to document stories that needed to be told. To the participants of the ETEBT Project: thank you for sharing your space and your vulnerability with me.

It was also a year of heavy reflection. I have felt helplessness and rage at the state of the world—watching the pain inflicted on fellow humans under the guise of righteousness. Yet, I have been humbled by the grace of the oppressed, who still hold space in their hearts for the Divine to take stock and act.

Amidst this light and shadow, my family remains my anchor. I am grateful for the love that surrounds me, and I strive to return it in the measure they deserve.

Moving forward, my goal is simple: to document more. To embrace the imperfections, to keep showing up, and to acknowledge the obstacles without letting them stop the work.

Here is to another year of journaling narratives.
