This sandstone grinding project was definitely not your average job.

And the biggest challenge?

A ZERO-DUST POLICY. 🚫💨

Sandstone grinding naturally creates dust, so working in such a busy C*D environment required serious planning, control and the right equipment.

But we managed it.

Controlled grinding. Zero dust. Professional result. 💪

This sandstone wasn’t just covered in mould… it was falling apart. 😳

At first glance, you might think this was simply a mould-cleaning job.

It wasn’t.

The sandstone had severe mould growth AND significant salt-related deterioration, causing the surface to fret and break down.

The salt attack had progressed so badly that a normal clean simply wasn’t going to restore the stone.

That’s why we had to take it further.

🛡️ Finished with a penetrating consolidating sealer to help stabilise and protect the sandstone

Sometimes you’re not cleaning the damage — you’re removing the damage to reveal what can still be saved underneath.

✨ Three years after we last cleaned and sealed this Himalayan sandstone… here’s how it came back.

After three years of exposure to the weather, mould and organic build-up had returned. Using our specialised multi-stage cleaning system, we safely restored the sandstone, allowed it to dry completely, then returned later that evening to professionally seal it for long-lasting protection.

Most people would pressure wash this… We completely rebuilt it. 👇

This outdoor terracotta basketball court needed far more than a clean.

✔️ Every failed grout joint was angle-ground out by hand.
✔️ The entire area was professionally re-grouted.
✔️ Machine grout haze removal.
✔️ Deep mould treatment.
✔️ Thorough drying before sealing.
✔️ Premium penetrating sealer applied to protect the terracotta for years to come.
