One of my favourite parts of each quarter…

Picking up the print run before our Quarterly Impact Workshop.

There’s something about seeing it all come together that makes it feel real.

Because I know what’s about to happen next — a group of business owners coming together to pause, reflect, share wins, and get really clear on what the next 90 days look like.

Not more “busy work”…
but the kind of thinking that actually moves the business forward.

It’s easy to stay stuck in the day-to-day.
These sessions are about stepping out of that and choosing what matters.

After a decade running social media for global and national brands, Ola Endress decided it was time to build something that fit family life — and gave small businesses a fair go online.

That’s how 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗤 began.

What started as a one-woman agency became a way to turn big-brand experience into practical, high-quality content for local businesses — without the overwhelm.

What clients often come to Nabs and Creative Empire HQ for is 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆.

One business had content online, but it wasn’t building trust — blurry photos, amateur posts, and very little traction.

After refreshing their approach with stronger visuals across photos, posts and video, everything shifted.

Leads started coming through.
They began attracting brand deals.
And suddenly their business felt seen.

Nabs especially loves working with the trades, where trust is everything.

🎯 Theoretically… I’m in Mudgee facilitating a two-day stakeholder engagement workshop — helping people work together strategically to create behavioural change and turn it into action.

🎯 Reality: I walk into the room and there are five dartboards on the wall.

We’re not using them, yet…
…but give me time 😄

Because if you put me in a room with dartboards, you’re basically inviting creative problem-solving.

Targets. Focus. Friendly competition. Shared goals.
Honestly, it feels very on-theme.

Day one: conversations, alignment, big-picture thinking.
Day two: turning insights into practical next steps.

Still… I’m quietly plotting how to turn these into an activity.
