Client vision, brought to life.

This custom decorative brass balustrade was designed by the owner — an interior designer/architect — then reimagined and redesigned in our modelling software to ensure it could be built to the highest standard.

Over 150 hand-made parts and 250+ man hours went into this piece. Components were sourced from available brass sections, then machined, bent, and polished by trusted external bending and machining companies, along with various in-house fabrication and machining techniques. Finished in a light brown aged patina, creating a timeless design built to outlive this lifetime and the next.

Concord - Floating Z Stairs

This bespoke cantilevered stair features ultra-clear glass balustrading, a precision inset steel stringer, and timber treads that float like magic ✨

The main structure is sneakily fixed into the brickwork using a series of hidden fixings — keeping the focus on the clean lines and beautiful materials (not the engineering gymnastics happening behind the scenes). Nothing bulky, nothing loud — just timber, glass, and brick doing their thing.

A beautiful blend of aged brass, natural oak, and raw concrete — this central stair is a sculptural moment in the heart of the home. The warmth of the timber handrail softens the bold concrete form, while the detailed brass screen elegantly separates spaces without closing them off. Finished with a custom garden bench and glass detailing, every element plays its part in creating a refined, layered aesthetic.

North Cronulla Cantilever STR
This floating stair brings serious wow factor – cantilevered treads wrapped in engineered board, sleek frameless glass balustrades, and clean LED lighting throughout. Finished off with a custom 42mm rebated American Oak handrail that runs seamlessly along the glass.

Vaucluse Spiral
A striking cantilevered spiral staircase brought to life with meticulous detail and craftsmanship. Featuring curved LED lighting, stone-infilled treads, and beautifully finished timber lining on the underside, this internal stair is both a structural feat and a design statement.

The spiralling top and bottom handrails form the backbone of the structure, seamlessly tying the entire piece together. Countless hours went into refining the design and precision-manufacturing every component before installation. The result? A flawless install on the first go with no delays —leaving the builder confident and the finished staircase the highlight of the project
