Royal Randwick. Last Friday. A room full of business owners who know the value of stepping away from their business in order to work "on" it.

The EOS Conference APAC 2026 is done and what a day it was!

The energy in that room is hard to explain to someone who has not been in it. Leaders being honest about what is not working, in front of their own teams, and then deciding to fix it.

New photos, new look, same me.

A little while ago I shared that I'd been adjusting to some changes with my health. Today I'm updating my profile pictures, so it felt like the right time for an update.

I finally got my professional photos redone. And yes, I'm now a fully blown skinhead.
It's been a tough adjustment at times, but I'm doing well. The support since my last post has meant a lot, so thank you to everyone who reached out.

There are upsides. I get up, rub my head, and I'm ready to tackle the day. No grooming required.
And here's the one I didn't see coming. The medication has a few sprouts of beard hair making a comeback. If it keeps going, I might get to grow a beard at the same time as my son (as he hits puberty). Not many blokes get to go through that with their kid 😁.

Had a great time this week with the team at Schletter Aust/NZ/Pacific Islands

The Core Values exercise was the standout. Watching a team go from "what should we say" to "this is what we actually stand for" is a powerful moment to be in the room for.

By the end, the whiteboard was a mess and the team was aligned. That's usually a good sign.
