Today the group looked at 'Practising Mindfulness in Conflict'

Conflict occurs everywhere - at home, at work ,at play, with business partners etc …How do you handle it?
Some tips:
Stay present
Let go of the story( let go of the thinking and judging mind)
Focus on the body ( in order to override negative thoughts)
