About the Opportunity
We are opening our doors at City Cave Epping and have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Centre Manager to lead our newest centre to success. This role will be responsible to oversee all areas of centre operations through leading and coaching your team driving sales growth, and executing operational requirements to deliver excellence across the Centre. This role suit someone who loves to support our clients through exceptional customer service ensuring the best City Cave experience.

NOTE: The Centre is open Monday - Friday 9am - 9pm

Key responsibilities:
* Overall operational control and performance of the City Cave Centre
* Maintain sales and second line of income targets
* Merchandising of inventory
* Complete daily and weekly reports for management
* Administration and Diary management
* Complete water chemistry test and treat effectively
* Respond to all customer feedback and enquiries promptly
* Ensure all facilities and services are in a safe and operational capacity
* Undertake marketing activities for the centre
* Ensure that the customer service needs and expectations are exceeded daily
* Ensure the facility remains clean and well presented at all times
* Clinical Documentation Compliance for Massage Therapists
* Recruitment and new staff inductions to centre

About You
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Clean and tidy appearance
* High-level communication skills
* Ability to work to a deadline
* Responsible and organised
* Ability to coach, train and mentor new staff
* Experience in a similar would be ideal

How do you deal with the unreasonable hiring managers?

👉 Find some research that shows that in addition to low unemployment, candidates are hunkering down because they don’t trust your company to make it through COVID.

While you and your peers know that your company is the “shining city on the hill”, candidates just don’t have enough info.
