Project Description
Waratah Highlands is located at Bargo and is a retirement village consisting of 77 independent living units. This is currently being expanded with an additional 91 units. We have recently completed the second stage of the 91 unit expansion, consisting of 18 Units. We are about to commence masterplanning for the remaining 3 stages


PTC Role
PTC Projects are the development managers for the project. Our role involves project planning, design management, authorities approvals,tendering, feasibility management, cost reporting, and project delivery
