We asked Paul Wissam, Product Consultant, a few big questions, the kind that stop you mid-scroll and make you think about your own answers.
What advice would you give your younger self
The world will tell you you’re not enough. Don’t believe it. Care, even when it hurts. Act, even when it’s small. Stay kind, and true. In the end, what matters is simple; the lives you’ve touched and whether you’re proud of the person you've become.
What’s your favourite kind of problem to solve?
The unsolvable kind ; the double-ended paradoxes with no clean and obvious right answer, only better paths through. The kind where making sense of it is only half the job. The rest is helping other people see it too.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received (and did you follow it)?
Your time on this earth is short, and nothing lasts . I forget that all the time, but when I remember, it brings everything into focus… what matters, who matters and how I show up.
