Benny came home to Mollymook today. Resting Pets did a lovely job, brought his ashes home, paw prints and furry curls and his “rockstar” blanket (I wrapped him in when he passed) with a tree to plant in his memory. I miss him so much every day, and the tears still flow so often … like now.

Well that 2-day trip to Balmain has just turned into 6 hours. All technology incl the Internet has died and David’s meetings with govt by Zoom means we are racing back to Molly. At least I had an hour in the sun 🌞🌞🌞

Shoulder update:
1/3 of way to out of sling (1st week of Oct)
Pain down to mostly 4/10 and daily drugs down by 50% 👏👏
Becoming proficient with one left hand including showering & toilet 😁😁😁can dress my bottom half but not upper half 😳🤣
Can’t do any domestics 🎉🎉🎉
Can’t write but can type with L hand - very slowly 😱😢

A massive shoutout to the incredibly talented and professional tradesmen who are working on the bathroom project:
Troy, the best bathroom designer and tiler, Joel for design, carpentry and building, Brad our electrician, Jessie our plumber and Gabe, our painter👏👏👏Each of them a master of his craft, perfectionists (like me, so we all get excited about perfection🤣😁) and leave things spotless when they leave.
BEST team I have worked with on renovations.
We are also bound by our mutual frustration with Harvey Norman’s in competence, where custom made vanities have taken 12 not 4-6 weeks, and multiple excuses😳😳
Wait till you see the end result = stunning!

I’m a bit “over” my winter in Romania (RemainHere) as we enter week 9 of the ensuite renovation which now will not be complete for another 2-3 weeks thanks to Harvey Norman incompetence and crap customer service. A 6-week project will take 12 weeks 😳😢
I will come home from surgery to an incomplete ensuite. I don’t know whether to cry hysterically or scream like a crazy woman 😢😳😱😡😢😳😱😡😢
