The Copper & Zinc Roofing Company is looking to expand its team of highly skilled workers. Currently, we are looking for sheet metal workers to work in our companies fabrication unit.

The Copper & Zinc Roofing Company is a boutique roofing company specialising in the application of copper, zinc and aluminium to high-end architectural buildings.

Our fabrication unit has a series of machines ranging from a 6-metre folder, 3-meter folder, guillotine, brake press, roll forming machine etc.

Our fabrication unit supplies all copper, zinc and aluminium roofing panels and flashing to our roofers, while also producing copper/zinc benchtops, doors, garage doors, bathtubs etc.

We are looking for workers that are hard-working, have a positive attitude and want to work on high-end projects that require detailed craftsmanship.

Tasks Involved:
- Creating cut lists from site orders
- Slitting and folding flashings
- Roll forming sheets
- Soft soldering
- loading company vehicles with orders
- Deliveries to sites

Applicants must have:
- Positive attitude to work.
- Drivers license.
- White card (can arrange for apprentices).
- Attention to detail.
- Problem solving
- The ability to communicate at all levels.
- Time management.

The Copper & Zinc Roofing Company is looking to expand its team of highly skilled workers. Currently, we are looking for roof plumbers and carpenters to join our team. The Copper & Zinc Roofing Company is a boutique roofing company specialising in the application of copper, zinc and aluminium to high-end architectural buildings. Our projects are predominantly located in the Eastern Suburbs and Northern Beaches with the occasional projects in other areas of NSW such as the South Coast, Byron, Goulburn and Canberra.

We are looking for workers that are hard-working, have a positive attitude and want to work on high-end projects that require detailed craftsmanship.

Roles Available

- Roof Plumbers
- New apprentices
- 1st - 4th-year apprentices
- Qualified roofers

Tasks Involved:
Onsite metalwork with copper, zinc and aluminium.
Soft soldering.
Onsite measuring and ordering materials on site from the workshop.
Metal manufacturing in our company factory.
Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures by all workers.
Deliveries.

Applicants must have:
Positive attitude to work.
Preferred experience using specialised roofing products like copper, zinc and aluminium.
Drivers license.
White card (can arrange for apprentices).
Ability to travel when necessary. - Optional but need to know upon application
Attention to detail.
Problem solving.
The ability to communicate at all levels.
Time management.

This job was challenging from estimating to installation. - Every panel was custom curved to fit the select spot. - A copper bathroom floor !!! Was something we never thought possible however through careful design and fabrication with & Capital Constructions it was possible - a copper skylight with an interior copper lining and outer stack to provide wow factor
So happy to see the final product
