Orange bottoms up! New ‘n bold blend packaging is here.

The design throws back to our first barista-inspired hand-scribbles overlaying blend names in an oh-so-precise font. After all, these blends have been expertly crafted since 2003, and served up in leading cafes with equal doses of rigour and spark. From oldest to newest, lightest to darkest: Reservoir for a bright, citrusy modern classic; Killerbee for smooth, tropical honeyed sweetness; Collider for balanced berry and chocolate; and Yeehah for bold molasses and caramel. On the decaf front, Awol for flavourful cherry and cocoa praline.

What’s old is new with the material too, made from minimum 30% recycled mono-plastic and designed to be specially recycled again.

Damn Special Duo from El Mirador in La Paz, Bolivia just landed. First up, Catuai Anaerobic in shiny new packaging, quite literally.

This Damn Special Duo comes from Finca El Mirador in La Paz, Bolivia. Ran by the Mamani family, who’ve grown coffee in the region for over 50 years. Their dedication to quality and sustainable farming practices has positioned them as a notable producer in Bolivia’s specialty coffee industry.

One farm. One family. Two completely different expressions of what the family can do.

First up, Catuai anaerobic. Familiar, dependable but the Mamanis have pushed this lot somewhere unexpected with an anaerobic fermentation.

Following close behind is a Pacamara, also from El Mirador. A rarer variety, processed as a classic natural.

Together, these two coffees tell the story of El Mirador: exceptional coffee doesn’t just come from the rare and unusual. Sometimes it comes from taking a common variety somewhere unexpected.

Recommended for filter, the anaerobic fermentation creates a syrupy, fruit forward cup - think stewed fruit and molasses.

Grab a bag and keep your eye out for round two.

Owners Josh Evans and Nick Duckworth have just returned home from around a decade building venues in NYC, bringing the West Village vibes home. Serving up Collider blend alongside classic brunch plates with a Euro twist. Yep ironically, those land today too. So we’re also naming it ‘Happy Resilient Cafes Day’.
