If you employ award-covered staff or pay close to minimum wage, this is your cue to:

✨ Reflecting on Collaboration and Leadership in Industrial Relations ✨

This week our founder, Natascha, proudly attended the Industrial Relations Society of Victoria IRSV AGM and Patron’s Night Dinner at the historic Kelvin Club. Honoured to be re-elected to the IRSV committee, Natascha reflects on 25 years of involvement—from President to Secretary—and the incredible connections made along the way.

The evening celebrated leadership and collaboration, with Anna Booth Fair Work Ombudsman, sharing her vision for fairer workplaces. Her insights on balancing education, compliance, and collaboration highlighted the collective responsibility we share in shaping workplace fairness.

A huge congratulations to Kelly Thomas on becoming the new President of IRSV! Also, congratulations to Amanda, Reza Azimi, Leigh Johns OAM, Leigh Howard, Lisa Anne, and Virginia Wills GAICD on their new roles. It’s inspiring to see such passionate leaders guiding the way for the IRSV in 2025.
