Qualifying leads doesn't need to be expensive or complicated. You just need a good, simple, functioning automation that relates to your customers, while giving you all the information you need and here's how...
Ask strategic questions on your website.
Tools:
+ Website (WordPress, yes, I still use and highly promote WordPress websites)
+ Form (Either through your website builder or Active Campaign)
+ Email marketing (Active Campaign)
The form is the key element here, ask too many questions and people put it in the "too hard" basket. Ask the right, quick questions, and you capture peoples needs and if they're a right fit.
What I reccomend you include on your forms...
Name, email, their budget, what their problems are/what they need help with (radio buttons/fixed choices inlign with your services), anything else they want to share, how did they hear about you.
Depending on what they pick in the budget and radio buttons will depend what email they get sent and with what information. Make the information fun and relatable.
BONUS: You can up it a level and create a fun quiz to get this info and to help educate.
But for the quickest/easiest/most cost effective way GO > Simple form with a simple automation.
