We are an Australian owned and operated advisory-led Elite ServiceNow partner, with offices in Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, and Brisbane.

Who you are:
• An intermediate developer with HTML, CSS, Angular, HTTP, REST and SOAP communication protocols, SSL, SAML 2.0
• Knowledgeable in data and access management (shared data models, access control, performance)
• Have a minimum of 2 years ServiceNow platform experience. HR and GRC experience highly regarded.
• Enjoy working in a project team that involves implementation, development and support (Agile approach)
• Looking for an opportunity to use your analytical and problem-solving skills across base platform, ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change), ITOM (Orchestration and automation activities, Discovery), ITBM, GRC and more.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certificate
• Customer centric and outcome focused
• Technically minded with a love for solving problems
