Everyone goes through stressful times, and ongoing stress can impact both your personal life and work life. It is important to look out for each other and ask the question “Are you Okay?”, as sometimes a conversation can change a life. We at Orchard Talent Group are all about support, and encourage everyone to listen and check in on one another if we notice someone is not their usual self.
