Interesting concept where a fixed price all you can eat model is being used, certainly a point of difference for Japanese cuisine. With over 20 outlets in Victoria, the model will no doubt have been tested and refined. I wonder at the food waste with customers wanting to try "everything". I'll be watching with interest, they plan to open another 15 outlets in NSW by the end of 2021.

You’ll need all the time you can get to tackle the 30-item-strong menu of sashimi platters, gyoza, yakiniku beef, udon soup and mochi.
