ILOVE THIS ANALOGY:

You are holding a cup of coffee when someone comes along and bumps into you or shakes your arm, making you spill your coffee everywhere. Why did you spill the coffee?

"Because someone bumped into me!!!"
Wrong answer.

You spilled the coffee because there was coffee in your cup. Had there been tea in the cup, you would have spilled tea. Whatever is inside the cup is what will spill out.

Therefore, when life comes along and shakes you (which WILL happen), whatever is inside you will come out. It's easy to fake it, until you get rattled.

So we have to ask ourselves... “what's in my cup?"

When life gets tough, what spills over? Joy, gratitude, peace and humility?
Anger, bitterness, victim mentality and quitting-tendencies?

Life provides the cup, YOU choose how to fill it.
Today let's work towards filling our cups with gratitude, forgiveness, joy, words of affirmation, resilience, positivity; and kindness, gentleness and love for others.

EL PAPEL DE LOS PADRES EN ESTE TEATRO DE LA VIDA - Es difícil entender el método de algunos padres que piensan que los hijos los tengo hasta los 18 ó los 21 y después se tienen que ir. Yo pienso diferente y respeto al que no piense igual que yo. Quiero que mis hijos vengan a buscar de comer y se lleven hasta el papel de baño cuando tengan 22 años. Quiero que se detengan a cenar cuando haga su comida favorita con su familia, si la tienen, a los 34 años. Quiero que vengan a cenar los domingos en familia y prepararles viandas para llevar cuando se enfermen a la edad que sea. Quiero estar para ellos siempre que me necesiten y quieran hablar, tomarse un café y arreglar el mundo....Quiero ver sus ojos brillar cuando estén abriendo sus regalos que querían para Navidad a los 40 años o cuando llegue con un cupcake y una velita para cantarle feliz cumpleaños. Quiero que sepan que estoy a una llamada y que mi casa esta siempre abierta para ellos y toda su descendencia. Serán y seguirán siendo para siempre mis amados hijos, no es una tarea temporal. Amaré y acompañaré a mis hijos hasta que no esté más en este mundo🥰❤️🥰❤️
