Introducing Caught in the Canopy - our Tree Partner action shot competition.

We want to see your best mid-job action shots from Enviro Trees jobs across the network.

Climbing, rigging, removals, crane work, storm response, stump grinding, team coordination - anything that captures the skill, safety and professionalism behind the work.

We’re especially looking for action photos or videos taken during the works, including shots that show the risk to the property or surrounding area, rigging, EWP, crane work or specialist techniques used.

📸 Photos are welcome.

🎥 Drone footage is even better.

To enter, send your best shots via DM on Facebook or Instagram and include your Tree Partner business name, the month of the job, the suburb/location and a short description of the work completed.

Entries must be from an Enviro Trees job and may be shared across Enviro Trees social media, newsletters and marketing materials.

Best entry receives a $100 gift voucher.

Enter as many times as you like. Entries close at the end of June, so start planning your shots.

We would like to recognise Evos Tree Lopping - Gunnedah @‌evostree, led by Mark - for demonstrating the values we look for in our Tree Partner network: responsiveness, communication, flexibility and commitment.

Mark and the team recently went above and beyond to support Enviro Trees on a dangerous job for a key client, travelling over 1.5 hours to attend and assist with the works.

As a small thank you for their professionalism, safe work and reliable service, Evos Trees will receive a gift card from Enviro Trees.

A well-deserved thank you to Mark and the Evos Tree Lopping team.

National Reconciliation Week is a time to reflect, listen and continue learning.
At Enviro Trees, our work takes us across Country every day. We recognise the deep and continuing connection Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples have to land, waters, trees and community.
As a national tree management business, we acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which we work, and pay our respects to Elders past and present.
This week, we encourage our team, partners and wider community to take time to learn, reflect and consider how we can all play a role in reconciliation.

This planned tree works job in Greenacre, NSW involved two separate risks at the same property - a large Bottlebrush requiring careful pruning near the roofline and service wire, and a Narrow-leaf Privet growing between the fence and retaining wall.

With limited working space and assets close by, the job required a controlled approach to reduce risk, prevent further damage and complete the works with minimal disruption.

Compliance Isn’t Optional — It’s an essential part of managing risk

For every crew working with Enviro Trees, staying compliant is non-negotiable. Before we can allocate any jobs, all workers must have current:
- Workers Compensation Certificate
- Public Liability Insurance
- Professional Indemnity (for AQF 5 consulting work)

Alerts and automated reminders ensure our crews compliance documents are kept current and maintained on our Tree Manager work management system. Work cannot be allocated to a crew that is not flagged as fully compliant in our system. For them it keeps work flowing and ensures we meet legal and customer requirements across all sectors.

For homeowners and residential customers: this is the standard behind every job we manage. Every arborist in our network is insured, qualified, and fully compliant before stepping onto your property - no exceptions.

Trees are often only addressed when something goes wrong - a branch fails, a storm exposes structural weakness, or a tree begins impacting nearby infrastructure. By that point, removal can sometimes feel like the only option.

Planned tree maintenance takes a different approach.

Regular arborist inspections and scheduled pruning help identify structural issues early, manage canopy growth, and remove deadwood before it becomes a hazard. For facilities managers and asset owners, this proactive approach helps reduce emergency call-outs, maintain safe clearances around buildings and pathways, and extend the life of valuable tree assets.

Emergency tree works will always be necessary in some situations, particularly following storm damage or when a tree has declined beyond recovery. However, many removals can be avoided through ongoing maintenance and informed arborist guidance.

A structured tree maintenance program allows organisations to manage risk, protect property, reduce emergency ‘make safe’ costs and insurance premiums and maintain the environmental and amenity value that mature trees provide.

If you’re responsible for managing tree assets across facilities or property portfolios, Enviro Trees can support planned maintenance programs and arborist assessments.
