With a wicked sense of humour and natural ability to put people at ease I thrive on collaboration and genuinely committing to helping others succeed. Reflecting on your intentions, motivations and goals enables you to recognise and overcome barriers to achieve success. You will examine your challenges to their core, achieve acceptance and leap forward. I create the environment where you develop pr
actical ways to improve workplace interactions, outcomes and wellbeing. My experience within globally diverse human services (ageing, child protection, mental health, housing, young people), hospitality and finance industries within corporate, charity and government settings means I’m no stranger to exceeding industry compliance and statutory standards. My passion for leadership emerged in London, UK. Leadership is largely about navigating the complexities of human relationships to enable people to develop flexible processes that produce results regardless of their position. I have a penchant for seeking order within chaos. Twenty plus years working sensitively and respectfully with a diverse range of vulnerable children, adults, families and communities, many with high needs and/or at high risk, has prepared me to improve lives and help people realise their potential. I have worked in numerous management and leadership positions where I was responsible for teams and service delivery. I was fortunate to have seniors supporting me to develop my skills. Part of this included maintaining successful relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. Having support tailored to my needs was a key component contributing towards my success. This is what I share with others. Education and Experience
